Milton, IN--Myself and Will Wall and Jason LaBrosse drove down to a show at the "Old Milton School House" in Milton, Indiana. During the day there were all these local homegrown bluegrass bands playing in the gymnasium of this little schoolhouse. Later that evening the Killin’ Time Band opened the show and were followed by Jimmy Martin and the Sunny Mountain Boys. We came away with some good footage. The highlight was Jimmy and his band warming up on Don't Cry to Me backstage. During the show Jimmy played classics like Stormy Waters, Sunny Side of the Mountain, and Save It! Save It!. He also told stories about playing alongside Bill Monroe and of the group he had with the Osborne Brothers in Detroit.

This was a great place to see a country music show. Will, Jason, and I couldn’t believe this place existed and all recommend that people who are willing to make the drive, check it out. There were little flea market vendors in the classrooms and a great cafeteria with good down-home country cooking just down the hall from the gymnasium. The place is owned and operated by Landon Walker and is just off I-70 heading East from Indianapolis toward Richmond, IN.
